Peter has extensive business experience in the health care industry. He initially worked with American Hospital Supply Corporation as a sales representative, product manager, and director of marketing. He then had assignments wIth Abbey Medical as Director of Marketing and VP Sales and Marketing. Next he became a partner with the Huntington Consulting Group, and VP Sales and Marketing with VITAS Health Care. In 1996 Peter rejoined The Huntington Consulting Group as a Partner in their health care consulting practice.

He is Maitre Commanderie de Bordeaux Miami, and a member of the Board of Governors of the Commanderie de Bordeaux US. Peter also is a Board Member and Wine Committee member of the International Wine and Food Society Miami Chapter.

He earned an AB American History at Brown University. Peter is married with one son and resides in Coconut Grove.
