He wanted to become connected to global firms with a local presence in Miami and abroad. He offered commitment, passion, enthusiasm and an abundant amount of energy. Prior to finding his mission as an innovator, Luis serviced Fortune 500 clients for RRD Partners, a New York based executive search firm. Earlier, he served as Regional Business Development Manager of Latin America, Florida and the Caribbean for Control Solutions International. After a rapid rise through the ranks of Apex Systems, the eighth largest IT staffing firm in the US, Luis was tapped to open and establish Apex’s Miami branch in 2005.
