Hector Arrillaga is the Director of MES in Latin America within Americas HP’s Imaging & Printing Group (IPG).  Hector is responsible for coordinating the execution of TCV growth through customer acquisition and Delivery of MPS contracts securing customer’s and HP’s business goals.  Hector and his team drive the expansion of MPS in the highest growth markets of the Americas integrating our offer and delivery experience with future and existing customer needs.

Hector has been with Hewlett Packard for 25 years.  He joined HP Mexico in 1986, and he was transferred to Miami 9 years ago.  Hector has had roles in Research and Development, Quality Assurance, Service, Marketing and Sales in the Consumer, Small and Medium business and Enterprise markets. For the past 3 years he was the IPG Services Director for Latin America. During this time, his team improved profitably and delivered some of the largest contracts in the Americas.

Hector has a Bachelors degree in Physics Engineering from ITESM Monterrey, Mexico, and an Executive MBA from IPADE (Harvard Business School) at Mexico.
