Mr. Wester joined Trivest in 2005. His responsibilities include the origination of investment opportunities, review of potential transactions and oversight of existing portfolio companies. He serves on the board of DirectBuy, Endeavor Telecom and Onepath Systems. Prior to joining Trivest, Mr. Wester was an Associate in Lehman Brothers’ Private Equity Division. In this capacity, he was responsible for evaluating and executing control buyouts and growth equity investments. His previous experience also includes serving as the analyst to the Chairman and CEO of Lehman Brothers. He received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
