Bryan Abboud makes investments in early-stage, emerging and middle market companies. He is an active participant in private equity, angel investing and start-up financing individually and in his capacity as Secretary and Board member of the New World Angels. Abboud is also Board Advisor to the Miami Innovation Fund, a Miami-based organization investing in early-stage technology companies. Abboud has been an investor in and advisor to various early-stage South Florida companies such as Nature’s Sleep and done some consulting for the likes of Magna Entertainment Corporation, a Canadian-based racing conglomerate. Abboud also co-founded the Interactive Gaming Council, the online gaming industry’s premier trade association, and he served on the Council’s board for almost 10 years.
Bryan was the founder and CEO of Global Entertainment Holdings/Equities (“Global”), a publicly-traded company listed on NASD. He earned a Masters in International Management at the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Previously, he received Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce, accelerating in Marketing and French at Santa Clara University. He also attended Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Rouen, France.
